Wraps

In this section you can find all the wraparound carriers we stock in The North East Sling Library. Wrap carriers are traditionally a long piece of fabric, either woven or stretchy that is tied around wearer. These can be pre-tied and place baby into or wrapped around baby. They are made from differing combinations of fabrics. Woven wraps are extremely hardwearing and last well into toddler hood and beyond. Stretchy wraps are ideal for newborn babies but do not last as long as a woven wrap. They take a little practise to get right but no other type of sling offers such flexibility of methods of carrying as a wrap. Page is split into Woven, Stretchy and Stretchy hybrid slings.
